CASTLELAKE increases stake in Prodea to 92,04%

(a) On 12.12.2022 the direct shareholding in the Company of INVEL REAL ESTATE B.V. on an individual basis amounted to 30,197,941 shares representing 11.82% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.

(b) As a result of the above change, the aggregate indirect shareholding in the Company of CASTLELAKE OPPORTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC amounted to 235,173,641 shares representing 92.04% of the shares and voting rights in the Company.

CASTLELAKE OPPRTUNITIES PARTNERS, LLC is not controlled by another legal or natural person.
