The Technical Chamber of Greece declares a tender for the Construction Factor Acceptance Zones

The competition refers to the preparation of the studies for the determination of Construction Factor Acceptance Zones and the three supporting studies as detailed below:

Compilation of an Urban Planning Study.

Drafting of a Strategic Environmental Impact Study (SES) for the environmental assessment of the regulations and directions proposed by the EPA

Compilation of a Preliminary Geological Suitability Study as a supporter of the MPS

The estimated value of the studies is €6,519,847.95 (without VAT), and the duration of the Contract is eighteen months.

The guarantee for participation in the tender process amounts to €129,105.90 (corresponds to an amount not exceeding 2% of the estimated value of the contract).

There is also provision for a performance bond to be deposited by the contractor for the signing of the contract, amounting to 5% of the contract value.
