The deadline for submitting applications under the "Moving Electrically – Third Round" programme has been extended until 31 December 2026.

At the same time, a Joint Ministerial Decision issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport provides for an increase in the programme’s total budget by €10 million, bringing the overall budget of the scheme to €76 million.

Of the total amount, €48 million is allocated to individuals. Specifically, €45.39 million is earmarked for subsidies for the purchase of M1 and N1 category electric vehicles and L1e–L7e vehicles, while €2.61 million is allocated for the purchase of electric bicycles.

A total of €28 million has been allocated for businesses. Of this amount, €27.64 million is intended for the purchase of M1 and N1 category vehicles and L1e–L7e vehicles, while €360,000 is allocated for the purchase of electric bicycles.

Applications until 31 December

Under the new decision, the deadline for submitting new applications has been extended until 31 December 2026. However, as noted, the application process may close earlier if the available funds are exhausted before that date.

The €10 million budget increase and the extension of the programme are intended to ensure its continuation and strengthen financial support for the purchase of electric vehicles and bicycles.

Through this decision, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport aims to maintain the momentum of electromobility by expanding opportunities for both individuals and businesses to participate in the programme and supporting the further renewal of the vehicle fleet with cleaner technologies.
