Contract Signed for the Renovation of Iconic Landmark in Palaio Faliro

According to Mayor Giannis Fostiroploulos, this project marks the rebirth of an iconic building and highlights the beauty of the Attica Riviera.

The renovation of the historic two-story building in Floisvos, with a budget of €2.8 million, is fully funded by the Attica Region. The restoration will preserve its unique aesthetic and historical identity while restoring its former grandeur. Additionally, the surrounding area will be redeveloped, creating a welcoming space for everyone.

The building, which will be fully accessible to people with disabilities, will be transformed into a cultural hub, hosting exhibitions, events, and lectures, further establishing Palaio Faliro as a center of cultural activity.

“We continue with a vision, delivering to our citizens a jewel of a project for the present and future of Palaio Faliro, contributing to the upgrade of our city,” Mayor Fostiroploulos stated on social media.
