The contract covers a wide range of services, including technical consulting, design, coordination, and implementation of quality assurance controls for both bespoke applications and commercially available software. It addresses requirements related to security, availability, scalability, maintainability, and compatibility of digital solutions.
In addition, the scope includes security assessments, test automation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and verification of compliance with European standards.
Beyond the European Parliament, the agreement also extends to other European Union institutions, including the European Ombudsman, the European Court of Auditors, the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions, and the EU Translation Centre.
Enhancing Digital Performance
According to the company, participation in the project is expected to enhance the performance, resilience, and user experience of digital services used by key European institutions, while contributing to their ongoing digital transformation.

Market analysts note that undertaking projects at the level of European institutions strengthens the international presence of Greek technology companies, at a time when investments in digital transformation and cybersecurity are increasing significantly across the European Union.
