Sotiris Bakagiannis
CEO, INTRADEVELOPMENT
Mr. holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (1998) and an MBA in International Business & Management from Bayes Business School, City University London (2003). He has over 25 years of experience in the construction and development of large-scale projects.
From 2007 to 2015, he held the position of Development Director for investment funds specializing in commercial real estate across Greece and Eastern Europe. In June 2016, he joined the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group as General Manager of INTRADEVELOPMENT, overseeing major investments in the tourism sector. He later assumed the role of General Manager of the Real Estate Division at INTRAKAT.
Since September 2022, Mr. Bakagiannis has been a founding member and CEO of INTRACOM PROPERTIES. In May 2023, he was also appointed CEO of its subsidiary, KLM S.A. Following the merger of the two companies in November 2024, and until August 2025, he acted as CEO of EUROPE HOLDINGS, while also holding board positions in various companies affiliated with the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group.
As of January 2023, he resumed the role of CEO at INTRADEVELOPMENT, which functions as the real estate investment and development arm of the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group.
