Yota Andreou

Yota joined Alpha Bank Group in 2018 and currently serves as the Director of the Investments and Portfolio Advisory Business Area at Alpha Real Estate Services S.A., responsible for managing the Investments, Valuations & Advisory Services Division and developing and implementing Alpha’s real estate strategy in Greece, Cyprus, and the broader southeastern Europe region.
Between 2015 and 2018, Yota served as Manager at Trastor REIC, responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investments. Prior to joining Värde, Yota spent 9 years at Piraeus Bank, served as a Senior Real Estate Executive, responsible of the development of the divestment strategy for the bank’s REO portfolio and assisted in the restructuring of corporate NPLs collateralized by large CRE’s.
Yota is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens and holds a MSc. from the Athens University of Economics and Business in Statistical Methods in Real Estate. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Valuers of the United Kingdom (MRICS) and a Chartered Property Valuer.
