Elikonos 3 secures €200M in commitments

Elikonos 3 is a private equity investment fund focused on investments in Greek small and medium-sized as well as mid-cap companies operating in dynamic sectors of the economy, supporting their growth and outward-looking expansion.

Its investment strategy focuses on providing growth capital combined with active involvement in the strategic and operational development of portfolio companies, with the aim of creating long-term value.

Since commencing operations in October 2025, Elikonos 3 has already completed three investments in Mytilos, Ribco, and Vamvalis Foods. The fund’s investment team is led by experienced and highly regarded professionals Takis Solomos, Pantelis Papageorgiou, and Dimitris Vidakis, combining strategic thinking, extensive experience, and deep knowledge of the Greek market to deliver solutions with tangible value for today’s businesses.

Elikonos Capital, a firm licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, has been active in the alternative investment market since 2012. It has established a total of four investment funds, with aggregate assets exceeding €300 million, focused on private equity and capital markets strategies.
