Adamantia has more than 20 years of international experience in Real Estate Consulting & Financial Advisory with a specialization in hospitality, and leisure related assets. She has a strong background in development appraisals, valuations, investment analyses, strategic and financial advisory, highest & best use analyses and feasibility studies in most countries in Europe, with particular emphasis in the Balkans and South-Eastern Europe, and occasionally in countries in the rest of the world.

Adamantia’s experience involves stand alone urban and resort hotels, as well as mixed use hotel and residential developments, golf courses, marinas, and shared ownership products (rental pool, condominium, fractional, timeshare). Adamantia has also broad experience in most other types of real estate assets such as commercial properties, as well as extensive expertise in highly specialized assets, including private hospitals, cinemas, casinos, wineries, integrated smart cities, e.t.c.

Adamantia has in depth knowledge of analysing pro forma financial statements, carrying out leasehold and investment valuations, including valuations for Financial Reporting (IFRS) purposes, ROI analyses and development appraisals. She is an RICS Licensed Assessor Trainer, Chair of the RICS Greek Advisory Board, as well as member of the RICS European World Regional Board. She lectures regularly on Property and Valuation in various institutions in Greece.
