Born in the Algarve, in a multicultural and bilingual environment, Ana Beatriz, CEO of ABC Sustainable Luxury Hospitality, showed her commitment to her hotel career, following in the footsteps of her mother, the first female hotel director in Portugal.

Trained in Hotel Management at the Portuguese University, with a specialization in Finance and Hotel Management at Cornell University, in the USA, Ana Beatriz began her career in Hotel Management at the Lisbon Heritage Hotel Group at the age of 19, where she became General Manager at the age of 28.

The management of a family business with financial and real estate assets, aimed at its profitability, strategic buying and selling, provides solid experience and deep knowledge about the business world. This course allowed them to develop a practical and strategic vision of their businesses, reinforcing their competencies as a businesswoman and manager.
