Mr. Eleftherios Potamianos is the President of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Athens-Attica and Vice President of the Hellenic-Serbian Chamber of Commerce of Northern Greece. He is the founder and owner of three real estate companies, as well as a certified property appraiser by the Technical Chamber of Greece.

Mr. Potamianos holds a degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Piraeus, possessing extensive knowledge of the real estate market and over 28 years of experience in the field. His articles are regularly published in newspapers, and he often participates in news programs, providing valuable advice on the real estate market in Greece. Furthermore, he is the author of the book “Real Estate – Methods of Appraisal – Evaluation and Property Management” and a scientific collaborator of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
