Lefteris Sergios is the Head of Data at RCG and leads ReDataset, the company’s Data & AI arm focused on the Built Environment. He is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s data strategy, transforming complex real estate challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, operations, and investment outcomes.

With extensive experience in data consultancy and strategic planning, Lefteris specializes in delivering high-impact, tailored solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, banks, and real estate professionals. Under his leadership, ReDataset combines deep domain expertise with advanced analytics, AI, and engineering to build bespoke tools and data products that address real-world business needs.

Prior to joining RCG, Lefteris served as Director and Head of Data & Analytics at Alpha Bank, where he led all real estate data initiatives for Alpha Astika Akinita, driving innovation across valuations, asset management, and portfolio analytics.

Lefteris holds an engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens and two postgraduate degrees from University College London—one in Urban Planning and one in Urban Data Science and Smart Cities. He is also a qualified RIBA architect in the UK and a licensed engineer with the Technical Chamber of Greece.
