Population ageing is rapidly evolving from a social challenge into an investment opportunity, creating a new market at the intersection of housing, care, and wellness. Greece is entering an era that until recently was viewed as a distant demographic scenario. Today, more than one in four Greeks is over the age of 65, and by 2050 this share is expected to approach 35% of the population. The question is no longer whether society will age. The question is where—and how—this generation will live.
