Trastor restructures its portfolio

Specifically, the company invested an amount of € 6.9 million for the acquisition of a commercial warehouse in Aspropyrgos, Attica, while it proceeded with the sale of 6 petrol stations and a store at 1 Kolokotroni Street, in Kifissia, with a total valuation value of € 20.20. 4.3 million

According to the publication of the Investment Statement dated 30.06.2021, the Group's portfolio (of the Company and its subsidiary) now numbers 59 investment properties, with a total valuation value of 30.06.2021, which amounted to € 312.9 million against 301, 6 million euros of 65 properties, as at 31.12.2020.
