Inventor is headquartered in Athens and has commercial offices in Bucharest. Its main activity is the distribution of its products in the retail networks and in the network of air conditioning professionals. At the same time, its cooperation with the largest marketplaces such as Amazon, Fnac, Darty, eBay, CDiscount, etc., is just as important as these platforms will be a new distribution channel for Beijer Ref. Inventor's annual sales amount to 60 million euros, while it has about 80 employees.

The two parties signed a binding agreement, which will be followed by the control of the transaction by the Romanian Competition Authority, while the process is expected to be completed in autumn 2021.
