RETAMA Real Estate, UCI GREECE LMS' subsidiary, was launched to become a strong player in the Greek real estate industry.

 

UCI is a joint venture between two major European Banks: Spanish Banco Santander & French BNP Paribas, UCI launched its activity in 1989 in Spain in the field of mortgage lending.

The company has presence in 4 countries (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Brazil), and focuses on all activities related to the financing, operation and sale of real estate.

RETAMA Real Estate is 100% subsidiary of UCI Group and as main scope of the company is the provision of integrated real estate services.

UCI & RETAMA have built a real estate network of internal & external partners (such as appraisers, notaries, accountants, lawyers, engineers, real estate agents, insurance brokers, but also cleaning, security, and facility management companies) to provide holistic services regarding the process of purchase, operation, resale, rental and preservation of real estate.

A specialized team with an automated process, using real estate management software compatible with respective real estate owners (banks, servicers, investors), undertake the onboarding of any real estate assets and the full monitoring of it.

The newly established firm undertakes to study collaterals or REO and advise stakeholders on the most efficient way to resolve any outstanding matter of compliance & transferability.

Additionally, the management of all the technical and legal aspects and constraints may appear in the property during its preparation to enter the commercialization process including settlement of illegalities and issuance of necessary certificates.
