The Board of Directors of the Société Anonyme under the name «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» and the trade name «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC» pursuant to Law 4548/2018 on Société Anonyme, Article 9 of the Articles of Association of the Company and paragraph 2 of Article 33of the Legislative Content Act (Government Gazette Α' 68 / 20.3.2020) as of 20.3.2020.

which was ratified by Law 4683/2020, invited the Shareholders of the Company to participate remotely in real-time via teleconference in the Annual Ordinary General Assembly, which will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2020at 18:00.
