Ωστόσο ο νόμος δίνει την δυνατότητα στους ιδιοκτήτες να υποβάλλουν μέχρι την επόμενη εβδομάδα την δήλωση, πληρώνοντας μόνο το παράβολο, και έχοντας περιθώριο 18 μηνών για να ολοκληρώσουν την διαδικασία.Αντίθετα, θα συνεχιστεί η νομιμοποίηση για τις παραβάσεις της κατηγορίας 1 έως 4 του νόμου μέχρι την 31η Μαρτίου 2026.

It is reminded that for the affiliations that will be made from October 1, 2020 until March 31, 2026, the single special fine is increased:
a) by ten percent (10%), if the arbitrary construction or use is located in protected areas for which presidential decrees setting building conditions have been issued and are in force.
(b) by 20%, if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 October 2020 until 30 September 2021;
(c) by 25%, if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 October 2021 until 30 September 2022;
(d) by 30%, if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2023;
(e) 35%, if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024;
f) by 40%, if the arbitrary construction or use is subject to the provisions hereof from 1 October 2024 until 31 March 2026
