The Group has been part of the strategic partnership of Intradevelopment (subsidiary of Intracom Holdings) with the international group LNR , as a manufacturer.
The consortium develops a resort hotel in Mykonos island in the area of Kalo Livadi. According to sources familiar with ered.gr, "the group is extremely interested in the tourist infrastructure and particularly in high end destinations".
At the same time and in the center of Athens, the group is expected to deliver a first 5-star hotel, "Xenodocheio Milos" (43 keys), by the end of 2021. This is an investment of c.€ 8.5 million.
The hotel is being developed at the junction of 3-5 Kolokotroni and Voulis streets in a property owned by the Army Share Fund. The hotel is formed by "twin" listed properties that are integrated by a later glass addition to the top floors.
The property cavers a total area of 4.400 sqm and consists of ground floor, 5 floors and 2 basements.
The management of Xenodocheio Milos has been undertaken by the "Epoque Collection" which is an experienced luxury hotel operator. The hotel will operate the most famous Greek restaurant in the world, "Estiatorio Milos" which will be housed in the high-ceilinged room on the ground floor and in the attic and will have a separate entrance from Stoa Bolani and a capacity of 135 people.
According to Intrakat, the architectural design and interior design was undertaken by "Divercity" and Nikolas Travasaros, while Andreas Kalamaras edited the interior decoration & art curation.
