Cenergy Holdings announced that the State of Maryland, USA awarded το Ørsted on December 17th, 2021 a wind farm development project in this State.

Cenergy Holdings and Ørsted expect to finalize the terms of a partnership for the construction of a submarine inter array cables factory within the first quarter of 2022. 

The Company, in accordance with capital markets law, will keep investors informed of any significant development.
