The auction with Intrum in a hurry for a debt of € 200,000 and a first bid price of € 985,000 "froze" after the owner requested an increase in the starting price, claiming that the real commercial value of the property amounts to € 1,800,000. Thus, finally on January 3, 2022, the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens finally decided to increase the price to € 1,110,000.
According to the data of the auction, this is a plot of land, even and buildable, on which a two-storey building with a basement and a roof has been erected. The basement has an area of 267.45 sq.m., the ground floor 234.84 sq.m. and consists of entrance, hall, living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area etc. The first floor has an area of 161.27 sq.m. and consists of three dormitories, hall and two bathrooms, while the roof is 20.63 sq.m. All floors of the building are a single functional house and are connected by an elevator and an internal staircase.
The new owner of the property is, according to information, 33-year-old Angela Spanopoulou, a businessman who is active in the field of shipping since her family has the Spanopoulos Group of companies.
