HPPC inks a concession contract for the Xenios Zeus Hotel in Ancient Olympia

The duration of the contract is thirty (30) years with the possibility of extension for ten (10) additional years.

HPPC CEO Stefanos D. Vlastos, at the HPPC offices, inked the concession contract for the former Xenios Zeus Hotel in the Municipality of Ancient Olympia along with the mayor of the city, George Georgiopoulos.

The property spans in an area of ​​15,495 sqm and the building inside the property has a total built-up area of ​​1,762 sqm. The duration of the contract is thirty (30) years with the possibility of extension for ten (10) additional years. 

The Municipality, after completing the complete and correct restoration of the building inside the property, will then use the property as a multi-functional space of culture and education.

Xenios Zeus Hotel is located at the city of Ancient Olympia entrance and was built in 1963 with an architectural study by Aris Konstantinidis, then head of the design department of EOT. The hotel was a motel, with a capacity of 72 beds.
