HRADF invites interested parties to submit their proposals for Pylos Marina tender

The HRADF is developing another marina in the framework of its strategy for highlighting assets with a strong footprint and important prospects for the local community.

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund invites interested parties to submit their proposals in the single-phase international tender process (“Tender Process”) for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and of the right to use, manage and exploit the marina of Pylos for a period of 40 years against financial consideration payable to HRADF.

The marina of Pylos is located on the waterfront of Pylos town within the Bay of Navarino. It has a berthing capacity of 129 yachts of up to 30 meters in length. The land zone of the marina is 32.195 sqm while its sea area covers a surface of 85.379 sqm. The master plan of the marina of Pylos as approved with the Presidential Decree dated 14.12.2018 (GG 329/ΑΑΠ/31.12.2018), provides for the service of yacht tourism and envisages the marina of Pylos as a pole of modern and quality pole for tourism, recreation, and cultural activities. In particular, the following land uses are provided; (a) tourism – leisure; (b) development of residential property for lease; (c) administration and operation of the marina, and (d) vessel deposition and maintenance. The Coverage factor is set at 0.3 while the building coefficient is 0.2 which equals a maximum buildable area of 6,439 sqm in total. Residential property to be developed cannot exceed 1.220 sqm. The minimum percentage of greenery has been set at 0.10, i.e., 3,220 sqm.

The Tender Process will be conducted in a single phase, in accordance with the specific terms of the Request for Proposals (“RfP”). Details on the Tender Process and the submission of Proposals are provided in the RfP fully available on: www.hradf.com.

Interested parties must submit their Proposals, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RfP by no later than May, 11th 2022 (17:00 Athens time, GMT+2).
