Lamda Development has earlier today presented "The Ellinikon Commercial Hub"
The new state-of-the-art commercial, leisure and business destination that will extend to more than 185,000 sqm on Vouliagmenis Avenue. The Commercial Hub will consist of the largest mall in Greece, a next generation retail park with big-box stores, as well as state-of-the-art office spaces. Right next to it, an iconic mixed-use tower will be developed that will house a hotel, offices, and apartments. It is a pioneering ecosystem that introduces a new lifestyle philosophy in shopping, entertainment, and work.

The Ellinikon Commercial Hub has been designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Aedas, based in Hong Kong, which has led significant projects around the world.

The mall that will be constructed on Vouliagmenis Avenue within the next five years will cover an area of 130,000 sqm, making it the largest and most modern mall in Greece, and will offer a multifaceted, round the clock experience to its visitors. It will house next generation stores of the most popular and up-and-coming Greek and international brands. It will also offer sophisticated options for dining, entertainment, and wellness, with exhibitions, concerts, gyms, gaming corners, cinemas, children's recreation areas, and more, that will be available even after commercial stores have closed.
Furthermore, at the 30,000 sqm commercial park to be developed at the Commercial Hub in collaboration with the Fourlis Group, visitors will find big-box stores of international home and sports equipment brands, enjoying an end-to-end shopping experience.
A state-of-the-art business hub at The Ellinikon
The Ellinikon Commercial Hub will also feature modern office spaces of 27,500 sqm that will house the headquarters of Piraeus Bank. These have been designed based on modern needs, thus offering a functional, flexible, ‘green’ environment with views of The Ellinikon Park and the seafront.
In the same area, a state-of-the-art 150m high mixed-use tower will be developed that will house a hotel, offices, and apartments. The state-of-the-art Business Center to be created at The Ellinikon in the coming years will become the heart of Greece’s commercial and business life, bringing significant benefits for the area and the entire Attica region.
