According to the company’s management comments on ered.gr, "in Lamda we tracked this trend and we believe that the competition, the transparent procedures and the speed with which we proceed are the best response".
In fact, they company emphasized that this is not expected to cause any delay in the project’s progress.
Regarding the infrastructure projects of the first phase, the company said that the total investment of infrastructure developments will reach €500 million in the next five years. A great part of the projects is expected to be auctioned in November, with the aim of awarding the contracts in the first quarter of 2022.
These are the projects related to the road networks, including the undergrounding of Poseidonos Avenue, the renovation of the coastal front, the flood protection, the telecommunication networks, as well as other projects that will facilitate the progress of the Ellinikon redevelopment.
As for the building developments, the first project that will be completed in Ellinikon in 2023, will be the complex of 11,000 sqm, where there will be housed the Amymoni, Hermes, Niki Associations and the Association of People with Multiple Sclerosis.
At the same time, Lamda Development has also been working on the rest projects that are expected to be delivered within the next five years such as: the upgrade of the Marina and the beach of Agios Kosmas, the Marina Tower, the Marina Galleria, the seaside settlement of houses and complexes in front of the park, the Tower which will house a hotel and offices on Vouliagmeni, as well as the shopping complex.
