The hotel arm of the REIC (which recently reduced its percentage to 25%) has comprised in its portfolio the 4-star hotel located in Naoussa, Paros. According to sources familiar with the firm the deal exceeded €55 million.
Built in a traditional Cycladic style, Porto Paros has 199 rooms, 69 of which are bungalows. The complex is 3.5 km away. from Naoussa and 14km. from the capital of the island, Parikia. It is located very close to the water park of Paros and the nearest beach is 500m. far away.
Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, playground and spa.
