The transaction was financed from funds raised from the Share Capital Increase of Premia Properties that was successfully completed in July 2021.
The property is in Agios Dionysios, in Piraeus with a total surface area of 3,600 sqm.
The property consists of 58 fully equipped serviced apartments available to Teleperformance Hellas, in the context of its cooperation with a subsidiary of Premia Properties that expires in 2033.
This is the first investment of Premia Properties, in the sector of serviced apartments, under the strategic framework agreement with Dimand S.A.
The company remains committed to the implementation of its business plan which includes
investments in strategically developing industries where it already holds dynamic presence,
i.e. logistics centres, big box commercial buildings and social infrastructure buildings.
