Premia unveils the funds' allocation raised from the share capital increase

The report on the allocation of €56 million from the share capital increases made so far by Premia Properties, was published by the listed company.

During a meeting held on 7 January 2022, Premia Property's Board of Directors in view of the issuance of a bond loan by way of public offering, made an account of the use of funds raised from share capital increases of the company during the last three years.
