REDS unveils changes in the Campas master plan

REDS unveils changes in the initial master plan of the Campas Project given the developments in the domestic real estate market after the coronavirus pandemic.

The new strategy was presented by Mr. Christos Panagiotopoulos, Executive Chairman of the Board of AKTOR.

During a presentation to journalists of the new strategy of AKTOR group, Mr. Christos Panagiotopoulos, Executive Chairman of Aktor and Chairman of the Board of REDS stated that in this great development launched by the listed company in the former "Ktima Kampa" in Kantza, Attica on a plot of 315 acres following the trend of the time will be added a piece of housing in the broader philosophy of the project that combines office space with hospitality and entertainment.

It is noted that the Cambas Park will comprise modern Class A offices, shops, restaurants, hospitality, sports and wellness facilities, as well as entertainment and cultural activities. At the same time, a hotel development is also planned  on the site. The hotel investment is expected to combine luxury and sustainability standards while amongst the facilities will be restaurants, bars, swimming pool, wellness center, as well as a conference center surrounded by greenery.
