Total value of real estate investment transactions in Romania jumped over €540 million in the first nine months of 2021, according to a Colliers Romania report.
The number is almost half of the value corresponding to deals closed in the third quarter.
The investment market decreased from €820 million in the same period of 2020 while contraction in investment returns was recorded for prime industrial and office assets.
Underlying demand in the market was observed to be robust, but the lack of product had an impact on the overall volume, according to the Colliers.
