The project is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2023. It is a modern, innovative building in international level with sustainable design and the goal set from the beginning was to meet fully and with respect to the essential and functional needs of the disabled citizens to whom it is been addressed.
The project has gone through an extremely complex design and licensing process. A typical example was the need to relocate an existing main rainwater drain found at the site. The works on site were started in September 2021 and will be completed in December, while the study prepared by Lamda had to be considered by the technical works directorate of the Attica Region and by the Central Archaeological Council.
