The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund following a General Council meeting on November 25, decided to enter into exclusive negotiations with TMEDE/Ellington consortium.
The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund will proceed in further clarifications immediately after the completion of the above negotiations.
After the conversion of warrants into common shares, the HFSF has the largest shareholding in Attica Bank. The Fund's share in the Bank was increased to 68.2%, while the percentage of the Fund for Engineering Contractors and Public Works (TMEDE) fell to 14.7%, from 46.3% previously, and e-EFKA to 10.3% from 32.5%.
It's been reminded that the Bank carries out a share capital increase for the acquisition of a total of up to € 240,000,000 with the issue of up to 1,200,000,000 new shares with a sale price of € 0.20 / share with cash payment in favor of the old shareholders, in a ratio of 49.5265161872259 new shares for each 1 old share.
