The Municipality of Chaidari has appealed to the Council of State and requests the cancellation of the tender, as it claims that the sale of Pier 4 of Skaramaga is illegal, because it is recognised to be a beach with extended seashore area and in any case citizens have to have the right to access the area freelly as well.
In addition, the municipality submitted an application for cancellation of the tender made by the Special Management of the so-called "military department", claiming that it also included plots which, according to their KAEK, do not belong to the Special Administrator but to the Municipality of Haidari.
It is pointed out that the main application for cancellation of the municipality of Haidari will be discussed on January 18, 2022.
