Intercontinental International REIC mergers two of its subsidiaries.

The company BIERCO REAL ESTATE SOCIETE ANONYME was established in 2016 for the purchase of a store (rented in sm SKALVENITIS) in Crete in Pacheia Ammos on Ierapetra street, Agios Nikolaos.

The company OWNER ZEKAKOU 18 SOLE SHAREHOLDER PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY was bought in 2018 and owns the property in Maroussi, at the junction of 18 Nikolaou Zekakou and Konstantinou Karamanli streets which is rented to the «Friesland Campina Hellas Α.Ε.»(NOYNOY).

According to the announcement of the listed company:

Following the expiration of thirty days from the completion of the formalities provided for in Article 8 of Law 4548/2018 and a relevant decision of its Board of Directors, after the expiration of Article 11 of Law 4601/2019 and a relevant decision of its Board of Directors, approved the merger of 100% subsidiaries with the name "BIERCO REAL ESTATE SOCIETE ANONYME" and "ZEKAKOU OWNER 18 SOLE SHAREHOLDER PRIVATE COMPANY under the merger agreement of the 30.09.21.

A new announcement will follow the completion of the merger process with its registration in GEMI.
