The € 165 million project run by the Rybolovlev family, which owns the former Aristotle Onassis sanctuary, received the "green light" last summer from the Ionian Islands Regional Council, with the approval of the environmental impact assessment.
Regarding the Project that has been included in the strategic investment program in 2018, the company MYKINAI SA will deliver building facilities such as hotel accommodation, detached luxury homes, other residences, sports facilities, bathers' service facilities, amphitheater, port works, a helipad and abiodynamic farm, within a total construction area of 17,765 m2.2, along with the appropriate ancillary facilities (road network, wastewater treatment plants, brackish water and seawater desalination, submarine wastewater disposal pipeline, vehicle parking spaces, etc.).
