The development of the "3-5 Pigadia" ski center and its transformation into a 12-month mountain tourist resort.

The contract for its long-term lease was signed by the Mayor of Naoussa, N. Karanikolas and the representative of the Private Capital Company (IKE) "Mountain Tourism", Alexandros Nulikas.

The duration of the lease will be 23 years with an annual rent of € 31,000.
