This new center will be responsible for distributing IKEA products in Central and Eastern Mediterranean countries.

The complex spans over an area of 31,687 sq.m. and features 15 buildings, most of which have been designated as monuments.

THE GRID office complex will be built on a plot of land of 16,100 sq.m. at the junction of Heimarra and Amarousiou-Chalandriou streets and will cover a total area of 61,500 sq.m.

Investors opt to acquire a holiday home of a lower price, between 300,000 and 400,000 euros.

The concession period is 35 years, of which up to five (5) years (up to 60 months) is the design-construction period.

The total consideration amounted to €254m.
