In particular, 208 tenders for the awarding of public contracts for works, supplies and services are currently being carried out, with the total public expenditure of these amounting to 2,412,003,079 euros (including VAT).
These are either tenders that are open for submission of tenders or for others that have already progressed to the next phase, that of the evaluation of tenders, with the aim of awarding the tenders, the process, that is, from which the contractor of the respective project emerges .
Furthermore, 38 out of 267 tenders with a public financing of 757,185,863 euros (including VAT), are at the contracting stage, as the Contracting Authorities have selected the temporary, at least, contractors. For some of them, the contracts have already been signed, e.g. for the supply of robotics and STEM equipment for education, for the upgrade of the overhead line network of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (DEDDIE) in Kavala, Drama and Volos (forest areas) and for upgrades of the DEDDIE network in Serres and Kilkis, with the aim of strengthening resilience and protecting the environment, for the construction of a section of the BOAK: Hersonissos-Naples etc.
Finally, 21 proclamations are expected to be published, with a total public expenditure of 196,959,489 euros (including VAT), which are in the Special Coordination Service of the Recovery Fund (EFSTA) to receive approval and concern the following projects:
– Provision of integrated digital Immigration services and Cyber Security infrastructures
– Support/maintenance of the Register of Operators of the National Telecommunications Network
- Supply and installation of active equipment for the upgrade of the local network (LAN) of the main building of DYPA, as well as the regional points - "Teleworking infrastructure" services, etc.
According to the Deputy Minister of Finance responsible for the preparation and coordination of the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", Theodoros Skylakakis, some examples of tenders that are in the stage of implementation concern the following projects:
– Secure storage of physical records of the public and wider public domain
– Digitization and development of an Integrated Information System for the management, preservation, disposal and highlighting of the files kept in the general archives of the State.

– Digital Transformation of E.O.P.Y.Y.: Provision of procurement, development, software configuration services and other supporting systems and related services
– Energy and functional upgrading and renovation of Koropi, Lavrio, Kapandriti, Kalyvia, Markopoulos, Nea Makri, Spata Health Centers
– Horizontal digital transformation interventions in supervised entities of the Ministry of Health
– Planning, integration and support of the operation of the Registries of IDIKA S.A. in the health and social security sector
-104 proclamations issued by over 60 Municipalities and Regions of the country, for the selection of project contractors, within the framework of the Road Safety Improvement Program in the National and Provincial Road Network. Their total budget amounts to 445,067,828 euros.
– 13 tenders, with a total budget of 86,200,656 euros, concerning Strategic Urban Renewals in 8 Municipalities of the country.
– A public, international, electronic tender, which has been announced through the process of competitive dialogue, with the aim of selecting a Private Partnership Body for the execution of the project: "Chochlakia Reservoir in Lasithi prefecture and other accompanying projects - Dam Ag. Ioannis Ierapetra of Lassithi Prefecture and basic irrigation water utilization projects". The announcement, amounting to 55,900,000 euros, is in the first phase of the competitive dialogue.
– The tender for the concession contract for the construction and operation of the largest section of the Northern Road Axis of Crete (Northern Road Axis of Crete) from Chania to Heraklion
– The upgrading of professional education and training – labor supply
