The solution will be developed within the Private Banking Department of Access Bank UK Ltd.

The Axia Suite solution will enable the optimization of the bank's client onboarding workflows, which will be accessible both internally to system users and externally through registration on the client portal. Additionally, the solution will enhance front-office operations by providing advanced portfolio modelling and rebalancing capabilities, as well as efficient order management, offering the ability to group and allocate transactions in bulk.
A core component of the Axia solution is the Digital Investments Hub (DI.hub), which plays a pivotal role in the bank's digital transformation journey, enriching the customer-centric experience and improving the overall client experience. Starting with self-onboarding, clients executing orders will be able to route and register transactions via the app, confirm these with the bank, and receive detailed reporting through a modern online platform.
On the back-office side, the Axia solution will manage the bank's operations, supporting fully automated straight-through-processing (STP) workflows from transaction registration to settlement. This approach will ensure seamless and efficient communication between the bank and its counterparties, significantly enhancing accuracy and operational efficiency.
