This initiative is part of AEGEAN’s ongoing commitment to support the new generation while simultaneously strengthening the aviation sector in Greece through high-quality education and practical training programs.
The specific Program has been implemented since 2022 for Aircraft Engineers and offers 20 candidates the opportunity to acquire specialized knowledge through a comprehensive 24-month educational cycle.
The training is conducted in collaboration with the internationally recognized engineering school of Olympic Air (Olympic Air Maintenance Training Organization) and includes both theoretical courses and hands-on practice at the state-of-the-art facilities of AEGEAN’s new Technical Base.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants obtain the Category B1.1 Professional License (Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License). The Program covers 50% of the tuition fees, while it rewards the top three graduates with a reimbursement of all or part of the tuition costs (100%, 75%, and 50% respectively), based on academic performance.
Following graduation, participants have the opportunity for immediate employment, joining the AEGEAN team and launching their careers at the country’s leading airline, within a sector that offers significant development prospects both in Greece and internationally.
Applications may be submitted through the dedicated form (“Aircraft Engineers Training Scholarship Program │ AEGEAN”) available on AEGEAN’s official website. Interested candidates can apply until July 4, 2025.
