In particular, taxpayers can, from today 2/8, issue digitally, in addition to the certificates of Registry details that reflect their current image, and the certificates that contain the history of changes to their details, aggregated or per thematic section.
The service is accessed through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), using personal TAXISnet codes, in the Registry & Contact > Registry Confirmations route, where the following options are available:
- Current Image of a Natural Person
- History of Physical Changes
- Current Image of Non-Natural Person/Business
- History of Non-Natural Person/Business Changes
The new functionalities offer citizens and businesses direct access to their tax information at any time, without having to contact the AADE services to request their reprint.
It is noted that in the first half of 2024, more than 11,000 non-digital reprint Certificates of Registry were issued.
The Certificates of Current Image and History of Changes are now issued exclusively digitally, bear a digital stamp and a quick response code (Quick Response Code - QR CODE) for their verification by AADE's information systems and are mandatorily accepted for any legal use.
