ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT SINGLE MEMBER MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A., pursuant to its notification dated 16 September 2025, has disclosed that it holds 5.01% of the voting rights in the Company, as a result of transactions executed on 15 July 2025. This represents an increase from 4.93% prior to the transactions, based on a total of 46,406,811 shares outstanding.
