The company has implemented a five-year Program of Options on its Shares, and after the exercise of granted options during the exercise period of January 2024, the company's share capital will increase by the Board of Directors' decision on January 31, 2024, which was registered on February 7, 2024, in the General Commercial Register (G.E.MH.).
As of February 26, 2024, the Company's share capital is Euro 682,323,512.13, divided into 2,352,839,697 common, nominal shares with voting rights, and a nominal value of Euro 0.29 each.
