The second tender concerns the transfer of surface rights for 99 years for the "Sani Kassandra" property (Northern Section), covering an area of 642,280.42 sq.m. Since the property is located within an Archaeological Site Protection Zone, the offered price amounted to €4 million.
The company will now also acquire the "Agricultural Estate of the Kassandra Agricultural Penal Institution", with a total area of 915,099.72 sq.m. This follows its successful bid over a year ago in HRADF's tender for the southern section of 276,492.70 sq.m., for which it offered €8.6 million. Notably, this was the only bid submitted to HRADF for the development of that property.
The area is located at "Metochi Stavronikita", in the Sani region, adjacent to the Sani Resort hotel complex.
The tender process for the development of the property was conducted in a single phase, and the financial consideration will be paid in a lump sum.
The tender file will be submitted to the Court of Audit for pre-contractual review.
