Product Care Trading Limited, part of the international Product Care Group wholesale network for appliances, has leased an entire warehouse following the completion of a €2.5 million refurbishment programme.
The transformation included the removal of gas infrastructure and the installation of modern systems such as energy-efficient heating, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, and air conditioning—placing the asset among the most advanced logistics facilities in the country.
The property was acquired as part of Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE), a €2.8 billion joint venture between Arrow and Cerberus Capital Management. It is located at Cavalry Hill, with direct access to major motorway networks including the A45, A5, M1, and M6. This strategic positioning places the asset within the UK’s highly coveted “Golden Triangle” of logistics, where land values have surged by 35% over the past 18 months, driven by strong demand from the e-commerce sector.
