The purchase price for the plot amounted to € 1.250.000.
As a result of successive purchases, today the Company owns in Naoussa, Paros, within the settlement and on adjacent plots, a total area of 7 acres with existing buildings of 3.809,19 sq.m. while it has invested from 2018 until today a total of € 7 million.
The Company intends to expand its hotel on the new plot by significantly increasing its capacity.
The CEO of BriQ Properties REIC, Mrs. Anna Apostolidou, stated that "this purchase is part of the implementation of our strategy for investments in adjacent properties and for strengthening the portfolio of tourist properties on dynamic islands such as Paros".
