According to the announcement by the REIC, the new building will uphold the same high standards as the existing facilities and is expected to be completed by 2027.
With the addition of Building 3 (KAD 3), the total floor area of the Logistics Center in Aspropyrgos will expand to 52,360 square meters, with the Company having invested a total capital of €37 million.
Anna Apostolidou, the Company’s CEO, stated:
