BriQ properties reports sale of seven assets

BriQ Properties REIC announced that on 18 December 2025 it completed the sale of an investment property comprising a ground-floor retail unit with mezzanine, with a total area of 1,058 sq.m. and currently operating as a supermarket, together with basement areas of 820.77 sq.m. The property is located at 190 Ymittou Avenue, in the Pangrati district of the Municipality of Athens, and was sold for a total consideration of €1.7 million.

The property was originally acquired in June 2017 by Intercontinental International REIC (“ICI”) for a consideration of €924 thousand and was transferred to the Company following the merger by absorption of ICI in December 2024. The latest independent valuation of the property, as at 30 June 2025, amounted to €1.68 million.

Furthermore, on 19 December 2025, the Company completed the sale of two vacant horizontal office units (entire floors), with a combined surface area of 159.08 sq.m., located at 104 Dekeleias Avenue in Nea Filadelfeia, for a total consideration of €350 thousand. Concurrently, the Company entered into a preliminary sale agreement for the remaining part of the building (ground-floor retail space with basement and first floor), with completion expected in 2027.

As part of its ongoing portfolio optimization strategy, the Company disposed of a total of seven (7) properties during 2025, generating aggregate proceeds of €25.0 million and total capital gains of €7.7 million.
