According to the company, 57.2% of the total share capital, including key shareholders, chose to reinvest part of the interim dividend from the 2025 fiscal year profits, demonstrating strong confidence in the company’s prospects.
Of the total interim dividend of €3,673,423.52, an amount of €1,570,688.24 will be distributed to eligible shareholders, while the remaining €2,102,735.28 will be used to increase share capital and repay part of the company’s existing debt.
The company’s share capital has been increased by €1,560,333.60 through the issuance of 743,016 new shares with a nominal value of €2.10 each, at a subscription price of €2.83 per share. The issuance of the new shares and the dividend distribution are scheduled for 27 November 2025.
