According to Mayor Giannis Fostiroploulos, this project marks the rebirth of an iconic building and highlights the beauty of the Attica Riviera.
The renovation of the historic two-story building in Floisvos, with a budget of €2.8 million, is fully funded by the Attica Region. The restoration will preserve its unique aesthetic and historical identity while restoring its former grandeur. Additionally, the surrounding area will be redeveloped, creating a welcoming space for everyone.
The building, which will be fully accessible to people with disabilities, will be transformed into a cultural hub, hosting exhibitions, events, and lectures, further establishing Palaio Faliro as a center of cultural activity.
"We continue with a vision, delivering to our citizens a jewel of a project for the present and future of Palaio Faliro, contributing to the upgrade of our city," Mayor Fostiroploulos stated on social media.
